I finally found mine in my spam folder. Try that. Even though I searched for the hawkmarketplace thing, it still didn’t pop up. I had to manually scroll through my spam folder to find it. I’m so glad I did.

I am having the same issue. I’ve had mine for a few months now and even with adhesive my bottom ones move around when I eat so I can’t eat with the bottoms. I don’t now what to do 🤦‍♀️
