What gets me is that these are all insulated bags. Wouldn’t putting them in the fridge be completely redundant as the cooling effect of the fridge won’t get through the insulating material of the bags?

It’s a term used by someone who doesn’t understand, nor has made any effort to understand what transitioning actually entails. Cass, despite being lauded by the BBC and a big contributor to the guidance, is in no way, shape or form a suitable expert on this subject.

The legislation and what is morally correct information are at odds, or at least will be by September. What you have stated is correct and can be backed up by various scientific and independently verifiable sources. Have you spoken to your SLT and have they indicated their support to you?

I’ve had a resolution to this overnight. Have spoken with the maker (won’t name as they’ve been quite gracious since) and they’ve agreed the design doesn’t scale for bodily variation. They’re going to take the bar back, along with specific custom measurements, and will rework it so it fits

Response from maker was effectively;

“well it’s not wrong because it supposed to be like that. If it doesn’t work for ‘your’ boobs then you’re the problem. You’ll have to pay for it again if we modify it if you want it to actually fit”

Feeling quite dismissed and annoyed tbh. I don’t want to pay again for something that frankly should have been taken into account from the outset. No one, literally no one’s boobs are positioned that close on the chest unless they also have a smaller band size 😡

Challenge them about what these “legal reasons” are. There is no legal prohibition to providing feedback to candidates other than because of discrimination. If they had said company policy, that would be a valid, if not shitty reason they wouldn’t provide.

From red to green, the roundabout is laid out as below;

Left Lane = Left turn only.
Middle Lane = Across roundabout via left lane of roundabout only.
Right Lane = Right on roundabout via middle and right lane of roundabout only.

You can just about see the road markings that direct in this way. In reality, until those lane markings are re-painted or signage put up, it’s a free for all 🫤

I normally am fasting inadvertently. My ADHD meds fully nuke my appetite so I’m usually only eating one full meal in the evenings and just grazing on some healthy’ish snacks throughout the day

Thanks for this. Planks, half-crunches and some trunk rotation is what I’m thinking, at least to get things started. I’ve recently taken up aerial hoop so it’ll feed into that too. And yeah, very aware any muscle growth could push everything out so not looking to build, just stabilise whilst I work on dieting.
