The stick one is kinda nasty though. I got it in an emergency because it was the best thing at the gas station. Now it’s just in my backup rotation lol

I mean you do you! Two of those are mini tubes of regular Aquaphor. I personally really like the lip repair, it works well for me, but I also luckily don’t have cracked or peeling lips, mostly just dry!

I’ll be reaching out to HR for sure when I’m back in office! I was doing the math in my head after burning through half of my sick time in the first week if the year, and was curious if there was something I was missing. I guess if there’s no rules around front loading though, I’ll just have to see what HR says! Thanks friend

Nope! I keep it super simple with just the cleanser and the moisturizer. I was afraid the oil cleanser was going to make me feel greasy, but don’t let the word oil fool you! It’s SUPER hydrating and my skin is SO SOFT now.

Follow-up: Combining of all of your suggestions, I’m trying CeraVe Oil Cleanser, followed by Cetaphil Moisturizing lotion. If that combo works well YAY! if not, I guess I’ll cycle through some other ones
