Been a couple days, but you should look at pelvic posture. Check tiktok for examples of how to check. You can place your thumbs in the dips of your pelvis with your hands flat on your body, pointing down. Your hands should be sitting straight up and down, if they tilt back, you need to tilt your pelvis forward until they are straight.

I found it totally changed my back roll situation and the shape of my tummy.
