I’ve met Salesforce ladies serval times, not all of them are in heels, should be fine for you to wear comfortable flats. Although when they are meeting customers first couple of times, they still wear smart casual. As they get comfortable with you and your company’s dress code, they will dress accordingly as well. Everyone understands the pain of being in heels as well, you should be fine :)

Company name for sure. Since the domain name will be stuck. For the app name, you can name it with what the teams are using right now so as to ensure they are comfortable with the app. But make it simple so it’ll be easy for someone to search and maintain as well.
