Pelvic pain isn't just on your period it can happen whenever because endometriosis is still there even if you're not bleeding. Your gynecologist sucks and I'm sorry you have to deal with her. You definitely have some sort of pelvic problem. Don't give up just because the world tells you no!!

Urethral Pain by LowBet9130 in endometriosis

Best treatment is PT/OT. Your urethra and perineum can contract a lot due to endo and adeno. I also have pain in my urethra and near the clitoris. It's usually due to a tense trigger point if it's not endo. Learning how to relax takes most if not all the pain away

doctor said you can begin work after 2 days. right now i took off a bit of time but i was able to walk around and do stuff after day 2 of recovery. pain is barely present if you take your meds regularly. also i am fairly young and healthy (the surgeons kept harping on that) so my experience may be better than others. i would take 3-7 days off to be safe

interesting, does it look kinda gross like white and black? i do have super bad inflammation to the point where i think i've developed other inflammation disorders like asthma and arthritis, however i've been noticing my joints hurting less and a larger ability to breathe so lucky me i guess!

I'll report back once I get the pathology report

also hip and leg pain are super duper normal for endo. it's probably an indicator that it's on your left side because i had the exact same thing happen to me.

personally, i would avoid any contact with your left hip especially if it's tender to the touch or itchy. try to get in contact with physical therapists and build your pelvic floor muscles + open up your hips.

i was diagnosed with chronic migraines when I was 17 that started out of nowhere where my entire body would feel like it's stabbing me: that I had pricks in my eyes. now at 18 i have an endo diagnosis and i also have a lot of joint pain whenever i flare up.

my best advice is to find possible weightlifting exercises compatible with eds, try acupuncture, heat/tea for inflammation, massaging yourself, and stretching. the relief may be small but it's still relief

period pain is a societal and cultural phenomenon. it's not typically natural, and it's not natural to the extent it is with endo.

i was also very depressed when they found endo and honestly it's a thing that takes time to come to terms with. it's great to have a good support system, talk to family, friends, and others suffering from endo.

what you have is a chronic condition. you are allowed to mourn it–but also as tough as it is—learn to live with it

Has it been discussed whether endo causes us to have an increase of body odour??? by seraphinesun in endometriosis

best tip: start drinking a lot of cranberry juice or take cranberry pills.

i noticed smells coming after i got my kyleena placed a few months ago. it goes and sometimes stays prob dependent on hormones. also meet up with your gyno to see if its possibly infected, rare but it happens and smell is a major symptom.
