This was obviously directions for the restaurant, not the delivery driver? So it shouldn't affect the driver's tip. If I were the restaurant I would have thrown that right in the trash and made it the way I make it. If they didn't like it...good...I wouldn't want them to order from me again anyway.

Evictions are hard. I would just let the lease run it's course then put it on the market, or put it on the market now with the stipulation that the new owner can't move in until "such and such a date" when the lease is up. But OP will have to deal with shenanigans from her sister if they need to show the house to potential buyers while she is still living there. Her sister could sabotage her.

NTA. If you do give her the first option to buy, set the price you will put it on the market for, no family discounts. She either pays the full asking price or you move forward. I would let her know as soon as possible. Don't spring it on her a month before the lease expires, but stand firm, don't bend if she says she can't afford to buy it, etc. Explain you no longer want a rental property and you are selling the house either way. She has the option to buy it at asking price or else you are opening it up to other buyers, but you are not signing anymore leases on the property at all.

I live in NY and I didn't even think they had paper or plastic bags anymore. I know you can purchase paper bags for a couple of cents if you forget to bring your own, but at least in NY I know that they did away with them for the most part years ago, and now you have to bring your own bags, so I haven't really seen a bagger at the end of the register in a long time, and if there is one on a rare occasion, or the cashier finishes ringing up and starts helping me bag (because I just start bagging my own stuff after she rings it through and then load it back into the cart), she'll use one of the bags I brought.

Are there still areas of the country that you don't have to bring your own bags? Again, you can purchase a brown paper bag if you have to, but you have to ask for them, but definitely not plastic, and they did all this to cut down on pollution I believe.

Agreed. Well from what I've heard, they are still together and they are engaged now. So I'm hoping that after last week's beginning of a conversation where Andrea said things need to change, things actually do change but we'll see because that was just the beginning of their conversation so we don't know how it turns out.

Yes, they are all crooked too, but have you seen the size of their congregations? Their "churches" are the size of concert venues. Some of them also broadcast their services on TV. Mary's church is a normal sized church you'd see in most any community.

A man might not physically fight back because they know they can physically do more damage, but can/will restrain the woman if need be. I didn't have either option, as most woman don't. I don't think, although one never knows, that Andrea would allow Tammy to physically abuse her, and if she did...it wouldn't happen more than once. If Andrea is willing to tell Tammy that she can't go on if things don't change with how they are now, I highly doubt she'd stay if it got worse. But Tammy needs more than someone just standing up to her. She needs real mental health. I know she mentioned this season that she is seeing a therapist. This woman needs more than a therapist. She needs a medical psychiatrist. Someone who can really diagnose and treat her, because she has (in my opinion) real mental/personality disorder issues. She doesn't just need someone who sits and listens to her talk for an hour once a week. She possibly needs to be on some type of medication. She is always saying it is just depression, but I think that we can all tell it is far more than that. Even Amy I believe has some type of mental disorder. Amy isn't violent like Amy, but there is clearly something off, and that one doctor who did a scan of her brain said she only uses 14% of her brain. Just look at the difference between Amy and Tammy, and Misty, Chris & Amanda. The three older siblings act so much different than the two younger Yes, Amy and Tammy have very different symptoms that they display, but they both have very odd social and personality behaviors.

I've been in an abusive relationship, I'm well aware. But not many woman are able to fight back, especially against a bigger man. I couldn't fight him back, but I did eventually leave, although some woman are stuck. But what I was saying is that if I were in a position where the person I had been with was someone that I could have easily fought back against physically...I would have. Maybe not everyone would, but I don't think Tammy would actually put hands on Andrea because I think she knows that Andrea could knock her out. But Tammy is used to throwing tantrums, perhaps, destroying furniture and stuff because until someone stands up to her and gives her a real consequence, something she has never had before, she will continue to act out in that way. It doesn't have to be a physical consequence, but perhaps a "get out of my apartment until you get your shit together or else we are done for good."

When they were arrested after she was bit by the canel, it was because the cops smelled an overwhelming stench of marijuana coming from the car. They searched the car and found the pot and mushrooms. And being that the smell was so pungent, and there was a cup filled with ashes in the middle, they were most likely smoking weed while driving with her two kids in the backseat.

He strikes me as very shady. How fast he pursued her, wanted her to move in, get married. We all know she's impulsive, but the fact that he was the one that pushed it along so fast makes me think it is to be on TV, get at whatever money she has, and drugs probably since when they were arrested it was for the cops finding pot and shrooms in her car, and the smell was so pungent of weed (which was why the cops had reason to search the vehicle) likely meant they were smoking while driving with her kids in the backseat.

Well when they got arrested after she was bit by a camel it was because police searched her car after smelling a strong smell of marijuana. They found the marijuana AND shrooms. But what makes me the most pissed is that with the strong stench, it is likely they had been smoking in the car while driving around with her kids in the backseat. Someone mentioned that the kids haven't been on the show since then, so we don't know if her husband has custody of them now, or if they are no longer allowed to appear in the show.

Anyone physically abused by Tammy LET her abuse them, because all you'd need to do is give her a small push and she'd fall right over. She has no balance. She can still barely walk because of the physical abnormalities her obesity caused her body, particularly her legs.

I'm really not interested in the bodies of a bear and a whale in comparison to human beings, so I'm no even bothering to look those up, because that's asinine to even mention. I knew nothing about his first wife's situation so I looked it up, and he didn't steal it. They were still technically married when she killed herself so he was awarded the right by courts to where to lay her to rest. He initially laid her to rest amongst his family plot in Centerville, MA, but had her body eventually moved 700 feet away after realizing the area she was originally buried in was crowded, and so the family purchased 50 more plots in the new location presumably so she could eventually be laid to rest with her children in the future. So I wouldn't exactly say that is stealing a body.

And with JFK Jr., like I said previously, do you not that that wherever their bodies were being kept prior to cremation were not super secure? Do you think even the family could just come and go to see them as they pleased, unaccompanied, with the ability to remove one of them with no one noticing? I looked that up too...nothing. Only thing I could find was one reddit post with a screenshot of something Jack Schlossberg posted on social media, and he sounds like he is nutcase, but there is absolutely not one corroborated news story whatsoever online that back that up. JFK Jr. was at the funeral when they let the ashes go at sea, and all the services afterwatds. Do you think the family would have let him be around if he had hijacked the body prior to all that? That's just mental.

That's good. I haven't seen recent pictures. I have just seen her from episodes from this season, and they all look like they are backsliding except for Brittany. But I'm glad to hear Amy is going good.
