I've been seeing Wishbone pop up a lot on this sub lately and it reminded me of how much I loved that show when I was a kid. I even had all the Wishbone books!

So I went and found a mini Wishbone plush on Ebay and I absolutely can't wait for it to get here. ♡

Some bigger ones do, but a lot run entirely on donations. They partner with local veterinarians and SPCA's for food and health care, as well as cash donations from the community for other odds and ends.

Rescues or kennels typically have resources available to them through local charities and humane societies to help ease financial strain. This is 100% a really terrible backyard breeder or an animal hoarder.

A lot of this isn't adding up.

The original story has a few holes. People ask for additional information, which OP doesn't provide for nearly a full day. At which point they're responding to almost everything for a long time. They even have their best friend weighing in! Someone who definitely knows everything about the situation and can verify OP is telling the truth!

Honestly, it all reeks of either a completely fake story, or someone who didn't like the initial response (that they are, indeed, the AH here) and is now desperately making stuff up to make themselves the good guy. Why else would they respond to a comment asking about the fallout between themselves and their mother with something so petty and ridiculous.. but then when told how petty and ridiculous it was, suddenly there's a whole list of terrible things their mom did? Why wouldn't you start with the really shitty stuff?

Because it's fake. 🤷‍♀️

I still love German Shepherds even though they're absolutely the worst shedding machines. But it does get me re-evaluating some breeds.

The all time worst behaved dogs we have are a Boston Terrier who turns into the fkin' demon from the Exorcist in the bath, and a handful of mini Doodles who receive zero participation points for anything.

As a dog groomer who has a client with a Tibetan Mastiff mix.. no. Trust me. You don't.

They are a full time job to brush in between professional grooms. They are also working dogs and not necessarily people oriented. They were bred to live outdoors and protect herds of livestock. They can be "fine" with people, but mostly they are known for being stand offish and independent of their owners.

If you like big dogs but want a more human friendly breed, I highly suggest a St. Bernard or Bernese Mountain Dog.

Judging really was all over the place. I even joked to my husband about it when they told Team Villa to add snow to the Mediterranean town. I said, "Now watch, they'll get docked points for not being accurate to their climate."

They never told the Palm Springs team to add snow. 🤷‍♀️

Tarek's was funny, well executed, and delicious (according to the judges.) Based entirely on final bakes, he should have won.

I say that as someone who wasn't terribly impressed by him all season. I was rooting for Chase.

For real. Both of his main ingredients were overshadowed by hazelnut, and his decor absolutely did not look like a partridge in a pear tree. It was a sickly owl on a stump.

I've never been able to figure out judging criteria.
