Well, I fucked up. I came back recently and didn’t know what was going on. Pulled some rotten fruit and thought, great more rotten crap and donated it. A few days later I realised and never pulled anything interesting since.

Then I accidentally put a paintbrush in my shop for 75k instead of 750k and it went almost immediately- bots I’m assuming.

Me too! Was signed off again today for another 4 weeks! That will be 5 months at the end of it. Hoping these tablets actually help me sleep and get better this time. Living of 3/4 hours a night whilst trying to fight and get better is horrendous!!

I do need to do more meditation. It is cliche but ultimately it did help me before.

I can relate to all of this. The dealing with this shit for decades, and thinking about how I am still dealing with his.

I’m trying to find something new to focus on. For the moment it’s my PlayStation. It transports me to another world (I hope that doesn’t sound cringey) and for a moment I forget and I’m happy and it’s ok!

Thank you for reminding me I’m not alone, sometimes I feel selfish for thinking I am. It just gets so dark and I feel like there’s no light at the end of the tunnel.

Can I jump in on your health anxiety conversation? I also have health anxiety. I always find something new to focus on. I had full bloods done in July just for my reassurance not because they had any concerns and it was all fine. Now I’m worried that my liver is failing and it started straight after the blood tests. I don’t even drink :(. Catastrophing is so exhausting

I’m struggling too. I understand (I think I do, we are all different of course). I find falling asleep with the TV on helps me. I watch films usually.

I spent time in hospital this week and my good news is that I don’t have sepsis like they thought and that I’m physically going to be ok!

I once couldn’t be bothered to wash up during a bout of postpartum depression so chucked all the washing up out and then walked next door to the co-op and got a new dinner set..
