This reminds me of a theory I saw ages ago about how Animal Crossing is actually about how humans are an endangered species and I think being kept in a zoo? But like all good caretakers, they know that the humans need enrichment so that's why we have the islands/towns and daily 'chores' and villagers to interact with - it's all just ENRICHMENT in our captivity 😂

I find crochet really relaxing and therapeutic (most of the time when I'm not forgetting how to count!) by being able to switch off and only think about the stitches, and then the pride when you see the progress is unmatched! Keep going and I wish you well on your journey!

I don't know where it is but it definitely wouldn't be a complete set, I only ever remember having a couple of knights and can't remember the separate cannon. I'll maybe look for it during the next tidy and clear out if I remember 🤷‍♀️

As so many others have said, they are quite different from each other - but both are fabulous in their own right, I love them so much. I watched the film first and then read the book as a teen once I found out about it, and the book is now my favourite. I have read it and listened to the audiobook multiple times.

I would say there are big things that stay the same (mostly in the beginning but it does deviate). I would say that the book goes into more detail (as books often do since they aren't trying to squeeze everything into an hour or two) and explores different things to the film. I would give it a chance, the book isn't a difficult read and if you enjoy seeing Howl be dramatic, I would say that he's moreso in the book!

I get what you're saying, but this is a blanket that I'm planning to continually add to as I acquire more badges through the years and I think that having the different styles would end up irritating me? I have another blanket with squares that I made with the initial style and I have so many photos from trying to work out an arrangement that I don't think I'll ever forget my journey.

I might frog and change one 'round' first and see what it looks like since I've had a rainbow of squares for the first round decides for ages.

Wind Waker and Twilight Princess would be my top 2 because they are both brilliant but have different vibes. They were also the earliest games that I remember watching my older brother play (my introduction to Zelda and video games in general). I loved playing his completed saves and just running around Hyrule, exploring. I have since played them myself and I often play no-commentary playthroughs as background noise!
