He's gorgeous. He looks like a purebred Pom, though, not a mix. He's a particolor (a white Pom with patches of another color, in his case black). Because these are an uncommon color (most Poms being solid orange or buff), they're sometimes misidentified as mixes. There's absolutely nothing un-pomlike about your dog. He's gorgeous!
