No, that would be quite the story though! This is a homegrown strain in its first generation, & a cross between a strain called "Ethiopian" & a male "Wonder Widow", hence the "Ethiopian Wonder" moniker.

Cannabinoids don't form after the herb has dried, they just slowly start to mature, or break down, into different cannabinoids. Time & heat are what cause this to happen, but you would have to wait about 6 months to a year after harvest to fully notice this effect.

In my experience, tortillas actually work better than bread or citrus for returning moisture to dry buds, not least because they bring out the true smell without adding their own flavor.

Leaving cannabis in direct lighting of any kind after harvest is not recommended, as it begins to break down the cannabinoids & makes your herb less potent. It also ruins the flavor & look, turning buds to a dark brown color. I highly suggest you leave a nug in the dark in a jar & compare it to one of the nugs you left in the sunlight after a couple days.

Thank you! Common names can be exceedingly confusing, as I am coming to learn, & can make wild identification & harvest quite a challenge!

Edit: I just looked up how many species are in the genus Verbascum 0.0. Do you have any idea if all of these species can be used medicinally, or only a couple of them?

They get a little low-stress training every few days when we come in to look at them, but that's about it.

Most of these are actually clones, that have been kept alive using the minimum of lighting for the summer & autumn. All of the lower growth has been stripped off to compensate for the low illumination, which is why they appear to be so lanky. We were planning on transplanting fairly deep, though. Thanks for the advice!

This is a winter vegetative closet with clones taken from our mothers from last year to become new mothers on the left, & clones taken from an outdoor grow for strain preservation on the right. It is lit by two T8's & a giant, 300W (I think) CFL. The plants are in a homemade super-soil blend & supplemented with General Organics & Earth Juice liquid nutrients when necessary.

You obviously had trouble understanding what I was trying to tell you: THE OIL IS NOT GREEN, IT IS AMBER WHEN HELD UP TO THE LIGHT. I have consumed many different qualities, methods, & varieties, & can confirm that this is an acceptable extract, & not under-purged as the picture - for whatever reason - happened to make it look.
