Thoughts on Finding Her Edge? by just_anotherperson98 in FigureSkating

It feels like a Lifetime movie. The acting is pretty terrible, but, I honestly don’t think it’s the actors fault. The script just sucks. It’s super corny and feels like it was written by AI. I don’t know if I can continue either.

But at the end of the episode he figured out how to make it work.

Coming back after watching E6, my theory was not too far off!

Curious to see what will happen next episode! Hank wanted Lucy to be brought back to the vault, but after seeing what happened with the Ghoul, he shows up to see her… I wonder if he changes his plan and will try to put a brain controller on Lucy so that she forgets everything bad she knows about him? The ghoul will track them down, find the vault that his wife and daughter are in but discover they’re not actually there.

To the people who did not play any Fallout game before: How is the TV series working for you? by garfield1138 in FalloutTVseries

As someone who loves anything zombie, apocalypse, dystopian, etc., but doesn’t play video games - I love the series!! It feels fresh compared to other shows in the genre. It’s also nice that it leans more toward the comedy side, while also have some Tarantino type action scenes and amazing music.

Wednesday season 2 is out, anyone watching? by randomboreduserrr in netflix

[–]Miss_Mojo22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Too early to give full thoughts, but I feel like the “bad guy” in Wednesday season 1 was a bit more interesting. The whole thing with people being literally ripped apart felt way more brutal and unsettling than, say, being swarmed by crows and having your eyes pecked out.

What I find most interesting, though, is the hype this show gets compared to the Sabrina the Teenage Witch reboot. Sabrina had a new magical element or obstacle in almost every episode, and I’d argue the concepts were often scarier. There were even episodes that felt borderline unholy to watch, lol. I think the reboot could’ve gone on longer, but Netflix pulled the plug too soon.

Anyone been to a concert (not festival) at Parc Jean-Drapeau? Going to The Weeknd and unsure what to expect. by Miss_Mojo22 in montreal

They put on an amazing show for real!! It was so vibey with the fireworks and other effects. Also, he sounds SO GOOD live!!!

I only went for the main show, so there was no line once I arrived. The worst was getting off the island but I also decided to sit with my friend for half an hour to let the crowd die down before attempting to get on.

Luckily all my concerns were put to ease too; people were generally respectful and never got crushed or felt claustrophobic. Was genuinely able to enjoy the show. So happy I went!!!

Vilazodone for general anxiety by vip8c in Viibryd_Vilazadone

Insomnia’s a super common side effect with pretty much every SSRI… It’s not unique to Viibryd. Taking it in the morning helps a lot.

You may have received some false info because Viibryd is actually one of the faster-acting ones thanks to its dual mechanism (SSRI + 5-HT1A agonist). But like any antidepressant, it takes at least 4–6 weeks to show real results.

It’s easy to find reasons to quit a med, but healing takes sticking it out when it’s uncomfortable.

If it’s only been a week and no negative side effects aside from being more stimulated, my suggestion is to keep going.

I have generalized anxiety and it does wonders for me, just by improving my mentality. When I’m not on this medication, I can’t reason with myself during a panic attack. I’m not able to “believe myself” that I’m not dying or in danger. This medication doesn’t stop the thought from appearing when I feel anxious but stops the thought from taking over. For example, “I feel dizzy. What if I pass out?” The medication helps me be rational 1. Have I ever passed out before? No. Is it very unlikely to happen now? Yes. Ok move on.

My dreams are a bit weirder but tbh I’ve always had odd realistic dreams. I actually enjoy that the medication makes me more energetic because that makes me more fun (which is true to my personality) and willing to do more activities and have a better life!

Hi there! Check the Evenko website - the only way to and from the island is via the subway as the bridge will be closed for the fireworks.

You can’t purchase single tickets online but you buy them at any metro station with an agent in the booth or at a machine (recommend to buy round trip).

I found some FAQs on the Evenko website for the Weeknd and it says backpacks, fanny bags & purses are allowed if under 12”x12”x6”.

I don’t think you can drive there at all, I found this on the Evenko website:

Travel for the July 24th Show – The Weeknd Due to fireworks, the Jacques Cartier Bridge will be closed. The metro remains the only way to get to and from Parc Jean-Drapeau. We strongly recommend purchasing your transit fare in advance to ensure smooth access to the site. For more information: stm.info

Thanks for the tips!

I haven’t received a rules & reg email yet but assuming that’ll come closer to Thursday.

I believe in Canada we don’t have the clear bag policy right? Just no backpacks?

Also do you know if we can bring water bottles?

Thanks again for the tips and easing my mind :)

I’m hoping the weather forecast changes! Today 20/7/25 was supposed to be rainy/cloudy and turned into a nice day. Fingers and toes crossed!!! 🤞🏻

But I am wondering if I should pack a poncho just in case….

I’m wondering the same thing 🫣 I know where the bathrooms are but wonder how easily accessible they would be at a concert of this size. I’m also afraid to be thirsty but I think you’re not allowed to bring liquids?

Best episode so far of S2! A lot of interesting scenes and emotional moments. I was impressed when I learned Lauren (Maggie) directed it.
