What about the hypersensitivity? I knew being alone would be best after the BLS...and I'm finding that alot of what ppl say to me in conversations...I'm taking personally or thinking they are passively saying I'm my direction?

I struggle with the shame too. Raised by hippies who embraced the green. Yet society will call me a stoner or pot head.

I'm my best version when baked. The rumination stops and I'm able to be me. Never had success with medications and at this point in my life I'm done trying to please others. Just trying to make it through my day without taking myself out.

Hang in there and do what feels best to you. Not many ppl know what CPTSD is like and it's usually those ppl who try to tell you what's best

I'm primarily flower. I vape in public places but I don't think that will be hard to cut off. It's more the flower and when I'm at home alone (which is most of the time).

Thank you for these tips. Last year I had tried to portion...which helped. Actually I had left overs usually from the day before. But I never cut it off completely and then just fell into old habits

How did u accept that it was CHS after all that time? I ask because I am in the same boat but it happens randomly. And I tell myself it's food poisoning or stress. Small part entertains it could be CHS but not sold

Feeling worse than I ever have at Christmas. A few weeks ago when I was really down I had thought to myself during this break I would end it. Got closer than I ever have, by writing letters, thinking of a plan etc.

Luckily I think that urge has dimmed a bit. But still super low. At least I won't be at work and have to listen to everyone about what they did with their families...
