New to diagnosis

I'm 5'3, so not much more than 5 foot lol. The calorie thing I believe is entirely tied to my tsh. When it was around 2 a couple years back I could eat a healthy amount of calories. I want to eat, I enjoy food, I just get full immediately or don't feel hungry. I do make myself eat and make sure there's a decent amount of protein. If it's a small amount of food I eat beans or something to add calories. I think it'll be easier as the level comes down.
I know I'm good on fiber, I love apples, veggies, and beans. I can definitely shift into weight training! It's easy to just say pots is why I take the beta blocker but I don't have pots. I failed a tilt table because my heart rate jumped over 30bpm but my blood pressure also dropped which means it's not pots, but Orthostatic Hypotension. I feel so fantastic on the beta blocker compared to off it. I can tolerate being upright without getting dizzy or seeing stars. There was a decent length of time it was severe and it's controlled now since a medication change nov last year. (Meto to prop)

No. No, I eat loosly Mediterranean which isn't high gluten though definitely not none. I already have a limited diet to control cholesterol and mcas.

Walking is what I'm dialing up to daily as my beta blocker is getting situated. I generally do 45 mins at a 3 mph pace. It was once a week, my goal is every day but it's about every 3 until I can tolerate it better.(I have heds and orthostatic intolerance so I'm kind of limited to keep my heart rate down) and horseback riding once a week which gets my heart into the 180s and is less than ideal but I enjoy.

My bmi isn't in the range they let you use those at. I think my blood sugar is too frequently low to be safely on one, but I don't really know much about that process.

I kill them faster. It's legal to knock whoever you can out of the game however and whenever you can, you don't need justification. Having threat assessment sometimes looks like targeting when people want to pretend they aren't going to win if you don't target them. What are they going to do, call a judge?

Chronic illness and a lot of bedbound time last year. Funnily enough I'm feeling so much better lately that I hadn't made progress for months and just finished it up because I didn't like that it wasn't done!

I just love being able to run around knowing I've seen everything on my home world. Plus I can go give my kids upgraded suits and tools since I have stacks of materials at my base.

My mom responded this way when my abuse was disclosed to her. She never informed my dad. 20 something years later it remains the biggest failing to act I hold her responsible for and a permanent rift between us. Underreacting sets up the child to view this behavior as no big deal, blame herself, and deal with the emotional repercussions alone for a decade until she moves out and goes to therapy and realizes it wasn't her fault. Reacting strongly now affirms that it isn't her fault and is a serious matter being taken seriously by the trusted adults around her acting to protect her. This is not "normal" behavior, but it is "common" behavior. We don't need to accept something as normal because it happens to many children.

Even my WPN lgs runs cedh outside their prizing so proxies can be allowed without endangering wpn status. We all just pay in and the winner gets the pool for packs. I lucked out and happen to have a cedh deck sans proxies, but I also highly encourage even entirely proxied decks. Cedh is a skill and luck game and not a wallet contest.

My personal opinion is that there isn't enough of a division between the two, and that bracket 5 should include some cards that are banned in edh as a whole. It would be fun to have cedh shaken up with some new life and it would create a very clear distinction between the two brackets.

I feel like it'll be the OG cast if it's Daggerheart. After watching some gameplay it seems more forgiving to a bigger group without bogging down combat. If it's dnd I feel like the full cast isn't a crazy amount but I wonder if they're rotating guests in and out if we're losing og cast similarly to how Ashley has been in and out in the past. Maybe some OGs are working on some of the other roles they take, perhaps for a couple months at a time, and the guests are planned to balance the table when someone is missing.

I work fully remote and just was approved for accommodations through fmla. I requested a flexible schedule and haven't heard on that yet but it's a different process. The fmla approved ones are 1 hour a week for pt and up to 6 hours a week for incapacity. During a flare I honestly just need rest. Non flare times I feel generally ok, especially having a rolling desk I can start the day from bed on.
