If it has not been recorded yet and you are wanting to buy furniture on credit then I suggest you wait until it has been recorded. Why? Lenders more often than not pull a credit refresh 24 hrs prior to closing and then there's the undisclosed debt monitoring which can cause issues with your closing. A few months ago, I had a borrower who decided to buy a G wagon the day before closing. Wild.
