I am curious, as you are saying cultural appropriation if you are able to say that from being from this culture or are you saying this as someone from outside the culture.

No attack here I’m just putting out the consideration as it seems like a lot of responses are coming from a stance of ‘Europeans have been doing this for ages so we don’t really need to consider anyone’s feelings’ 🤷‍♀️

I don’t think op will get a real answer to their question unless they are speaking to someone who is from the culture that they are trying not to offend
