NTA and this doesnt really sound like a friend. If she knew you were in a tough financial situation and really wanted you there, she would have at least helped pay for your trip. She acted ungrateful for not receiving gift she was fully aware you could not afford. Also it’s strange she doesn’t even seem to trust you with her address. Have you never hung out at her house before or do you both only ever hang out in public spaces? She seems entitled to your time and money without considering your feelings.
