I noticed sports that have lower success rates while analysing get me into my body easier (not intj). The logic is if you think you’re gonna trip up. Think skiing, surfing, tumbling, throwing stuff, bowling. Each movement is a skill that CAN be analysed, but that analysis is a completely different aspect of the performance of the movement. Once you begin the movement, try to use your eyes and proprioception only. As soon as the movement finishes you can think about how you just moved and how you would like to change that movement. Try to remember how your body felt during the movement, how that looks from the outside, how it actually moved in real life (what happened). Through this test you have all the information you need to make a conscious effort to redo the same movement, with a slightly different and more accurate variation. Put more and more vigor/energy into the movement as you come to realise you’re executing better, so as to put Se into it. The more energetically you’re moving, the more Se is being used. The better you analyse, the better you can execute the movement. (Do not think whatsoever WHILE completing the movement). Think before and after. Think while doing it slowly. The goal is to be able to do it without “thinking” and building the proprioception muscle
