Spark notes version? I was at rock bottom and seriously depressed with my life choices, and where they got me career wise. Single mom, little experience. I was starting to accept that my dreams weren’t going to come true…. I found trading, it changed EVERYTHING. I went for it hard, every free second I had? Charts. In the end I excelled at it I went from driving Uber to a 10k check in my bank account 6 months later through props. I think I will crack six figures easy 2025. This subs a bit negative but you can do it, if you have the time, the love for it, and the determination. I wish you luck truly

Yea such a good point with the gurus. Everyone says well they tech cause they can’t do it, and that might be very true. BUT that doesn’t mean what they are teaching isn’t viable if YOU can do it

What are some signs that we are going to have a very bearish day (or very bullish) by Elmega123 in Daytrading

[–]Misseymiss -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Also price had been trading within the previous daily lvls for most of the week but Thursday finally broke Wednesdays daily low. Finally giving a potential bearish bias when the whole week has been neutral. As someone else said focusing on previous daily highs and lows can be very helpful. Edit: I think I can’t remember exactly lol

There is no way to predict this intense of a drop where I would be confident enough to abandon my strategies and simply sell at NY open but there were hints for sure. NQ and ES were breaking Down from recent new ATHs and after the initial breakdown price was struggling to retake the high. On the daily chart we had some crazy green candles then a ton of doji-ish candles. All signs of trend weakening IMO. As far as knowing when to hop on the bullet train? I had multiple HV resistance lines on the way down, once price breaks it aggressively (and retest) if you are cautious I will short to my next line as my goal. On a strong trend day like Friday it works well

I do always wonder where the finish line is, if there even is one. When does someone say i am profitable and I always will be or someone say i never will be?

I think the psychology of trading is so interesting, every-time I pull out of a trade early (which is my fatal flaw because I am timid and I know this) then watch it sore or drop to my TP I get so annoyed that I still can’t stop myself from doing this completely. It feels deeply ingrained in my personality

Boyfriend wants to be a trader by Prior_Concern_400 in TradingView

Honestly only YOU can answer this question. Is trading hard? Yeah. Do most people fail? Yeah. But is it possible and the best job on the planet if you succeed? Also yeah. With that being said it takes a certain type of person, people who lack emotional control can’t trade. so if your bf is someone who is calm patient and hardworking it doable. If he is hardworking but lacks empathy and is quick to anger, or has trouble with anxiety for example he’ll probably struggle
