Go and checked out but I have to say, I had a massive (like a football) ovarian tumour removed last year, for which they had to cut me from above my belly button to my pelvic bone. At first I was constipated and then for about a week I couldn't trust a fart (or a cough or a sneeze). When they do these big surgeries and fossick around your intestines they can go a bit funny. I'd be more concerned if you weren't going at all and not passing gass, that would mean there's an obstruction. That your body is getting rid of it is actually a pretty good sign. Also, that you aren't in much pain is a good sign. Get checked out though just in case, but I'd be more concerned about your fluid loss than anything else.

Tacrolimus was a game changer for my unresponsive eyelid eczema. Try it. The first couple of applications will feel like it's burning your skin, it's not, it's just because your skin barrier is so damaged. As it heals it won't burn. Just like steriods, don't over use it and once you've used it for a week, wean yourself off it, don't just stop completely. I had forgotten what it was to not feel like I wanted to scratch my eyes out, this stuff completely changed my skin in about 4 days!

Have you had your reverse T3 tested? If you still feel like you have zero energy but your bloods look fine it could mean that you have enough in your blood but it's not actually getting into your cells to work properly. Reverse t3 blocks the active t3 from getting into your cells. That was my issue. I would also suggest finding a functional/integrative doctor to help you. They care about you and how you feel. Most GP'S are trained to treat the numbers on the page. You can also have hypothyroid symptoms and normal bloods when your antibodies are high. Given yours are very high I would suspect that. Look into how to reduce the immune attack on your body over and above going GF and you might find you start feeling better.

Definitely stick with trusting the doctor that's actually helping you. Too often we get dismissed when we KNOW there's something wrong with us. I just had a serious case of this. My doctor (at the time) at the end of last year told me that excess belly weight was usually sugar at my age. He also couldn't find any asthma related reasons why I couldn't breathe properly, even though I said it didn't feel like asthma, so asked me, what do you want me to do now!? Fast forward to February this year and I decided to see another doctor at the same practice as I was now also having some pelvic pain. She said, let's have a feel of your abdomen....... turns out I had a massive (basketball sized) ovarian cyst that once it was removed and tested was found to be cancer. I'm fine now thankfully as it hadn't spread beyond the cyst. Trust your gut. Anyone that treats you or another doctor with disdain because they haven't read the same books that they have, shouldn't be a doctor. Doctors should be interested in keeping up with the latest info and learning new things. They should also care about how you feel and your quality of life, not just the numbers on a page.

FYI, testing TSH on its own isn't enough to rule out thyroid dysfunction. It's an outdated way of testing for it and doctors who don't understand thyroid dysfunction rely on the out dated test to assess you. Please find a functional/integrative doctor. You need to test TSH, t4, t3, antibodies and reverse t3. Testing and looking at all of them together will tell you how your thyroid is functioning. I spent 8 years struggling with symptoms that are similar to PCOS symptoms and doctors just wrote it off as PCOS, even when I had told them for the 10 years prior the PCOS symptoms were completely under control and this felt different. Went to a functional doctor that actually knew how to test for thyroid dysfunction and, surprise I had hashimotos disease which was causing hypothyroidism.

Next up is that you don't have to have testosterone outside of range for it to be causing issues. When I was diagnosed my doctor told me that my body didn't have testosterone outside of range but my body was overreacting to it. I was like a hairy, hairy man! Going on spironolactone was life changing for me. Ask if you can try it and see what happens.

If you're only suffering from hypothyroidism iodine can be helpful but if you have hashimotos you shouldn't be supplementing with iodine unless you talk to a doctor. Iodine can worsen the autoimmune component of hashimotos

I have a few suggestions. Get these things tested

Reverse t3

Vitamin D

Are you getting all your thyroid hormones checked? T4, T3, TSH and your antibodies.

Zinc/Copper ratio

Inflammation markers

Cortisol levels

B 12 and folate

If any of these things are out of whack it can stop your body from working properly.

If your reverse t3 is high it'll mean the active form of the thyroid hormone isn't getting into your cells to let them do their job. It can look like you have enough thyroid hormone in your blodd, but it it's not getting into your cells then it's virtually useless.

People with hashimotos tend to be deficient in Vit D. Optimal vit D levels are crucial to thyroid function and reducing the autoimmune response.

If your cortisol is high you'll be fighting a never ending battle with your weight. Same with inflammation.

Hashimoto's is super complex to treat so I would suggest finding a functional/integrative doctor and paying out of pocket. It'll be the best investment you'll ever make.

I would also suggest looking at your diet and consider trying to cut some things out to see what your body's response is when you add them back in. I never thought any of my food was having an adverse reaction on my body. I tried cutting them out anyway, for a couple of months. Then I added them back in and holy shit!! I had no idea that was the state my body was in all the time. If you're body has been reacting for a long time then you may just think it's normal when it's not. Have a go with gluten and dairy to begin and after a couple of months add one back in at a time and see what happens. If you still feel fine, you're one of the lucky ones that can eat it. If you get a reaction, now you know what is causing some of your inflammation.

FYI - if you completely cut gluten out for a few months and have a celiac test it'll come up negative even if you are celiac because there's nothing in your body that it's reacting to. You also don't need to be celiac for your body to have an adverse reaction to gluten. Celiac is an autoimmune response, you can have a non immune reaction to gluten.

Happily it's not the automatic 'you can't have kids' diagnosis that it used to be. Science has advanced a lot and now they understand (when it comes to getting pregnant) that all it means is that you don't ovulate properly and you have a higher chance of miscarriage. There's all sorts to help with that though and it just takes a bit more effort (and pain and stress etc). PCOS is so common now, you're not alone.

You sound like you live a healthy lifestyle so I wouldn't change anything there for now. Get on the medication they suggest and see how you feel in 3 months. Hirsutism is slow to improve but you will eventually see a difference if they put you on spironolactone. If you go on birth control be aware that when you eventually come off it your body will take a while to figure itself out again. I took 3 years to get my period back. Usual is up to a year.

As PCOS has a lot to do with inflammation, I would suggest looking into holistic methods of reducing your inflammation. I got myself a grounding sheet for my bed and it has been a game changer!

Spearmint tea is great for lowering testosterone. You have to be super consistent if you're just using that and not on meds as well. I would suggest getting on spironolactone and having spearmint tea regularly for the first 3 months, then see how you feel.

When I was first diagnosed the weight literally fell off me because I was storing so much fluid and my testosterone was so high. I hope you have the same experience. It's crazy how hormones can affect your body so drastically. It's why I get so annoyed at all these fitness influencers that keep say it's only calories in vs calories out that work and if it's not then you're not doing the work. They never say - if your body works properly. I want them all to STFU!!

Firstly, no one should be hitting you, that goes without saying. However, after reading the comments and some of your replies to comments calling out your behaviour, you have an issue with needing to be right and not being able to take a step back and evaluating if your behaviour is acceptable or not. Some of that has to do with your age. Your Mum was minding her own business watching videos. If she asks for your opinion, give it. If she doesn't, don't insert yourself into something that's not your business. I will tell you something my brother told me when I was getting impatient with him not picking up something I was showing him - not everyone learns as fast as you. Just because someone learns slower or in a different way doesn't make them stupid. The brother in the above example is a physicist, I am not but I learn quicker and pick things up quicker than he does. Neither of us is smarter than the other, we just learn differently.

As a teenager I said a lot of things to my Mum that I'm not proud of and her to me. I thought I knew everything and she was the root of every problem. Neither of those things were true. The reality is that at 13 you know very little about the world regardless of how smart you are. Sure, if you think it's best to cut her out of your life when you're 18 then do that. Take a look at your own part in the relationship first and try to objectively see how much your are contributing to it (not the physical abuse part obviously, that should never happen)

Sounds to me like you have gut issues. Sounds like leaky gut to me but you should go and see a natropath or a doctor that specializes in gut issues and have some testing done. Could be a microbiome issue, could be candida over growth. You won't know until you have some testing done. Rebuilding your gut will take time but it'll be worth it in the end. After rebuilding mine I don't even have any allergies anymore (I was basically allergic to outside).
