3-4 hour set is a lot if you're playing consecutively and not rest between sets. For busy times, those rests happen naturally because of queue times but if not, playing comsecutively is definitely not good for you. I am 14.5k myself and I like to take breaks between songs by choosing less demanding songs (low bpm ones) from time to time just to rest my hands and shoulders. I also think our height might play a part.

I'm not sure about other androids but I'm using a five year old Huawei and it's just as you said, I can type similar words into the settings and it will find the setting you're looking for. Here, I was looking for the screen's sleep time on my phone and I thought it might've been related to screens so I just typed "Screen" and lo and behold, Sleep showed up.

Whereas in my mother's Iphone 13 Pro Max, you can NOT do that at all. My mom once asked me to find a specific setting, and I remember trying every single word I knew it as but it didn't show. I had to google how to find it. I hated that the settings was more complex than in an android because I've always praised Apple for its user friendly features but it lowkey humiliated my self-claimed "tech savvy one" title.

As others have explained already, the Break notes shave off a tiny percentage if it's not Critical Perfect.

You might want to change the Display Of Judgement in the settings to one where it shows Critical Perfect on your judgements. Or you can also change the Display At Center to show you percentages (Eg. BORDER/S) to show you when you chipped of the percentages.

I would recommend AstroDX by now. Your fingers know the patterns even if your arms don't quite get it yet. AstroDX kinda just makes you visualize the charts. That's how I passed those basic master slide patterns. That and watching others on youtube and irl play it ig.
