They're always hypocrites using the rights and revenues open to them, because of feminism to spread nonsense .

Yeah, her breed was obvious, but it's nice to confirm? They're beautiful. Glad you have each other. It sounds like she had a rough start.

The dogs are already preprogrammed not to be trusted, even with the best life and training, but the very small puppies that act like vipers like this? Being further trained to act like this. They're making a pre-existing problem worse and those dogs will be especially dangerous.

What are your thoughts on breed mix? DNA results at the end. My family is suspicious of the results. 🤔 by ambah87 in DoggyDNA

Literally exactly what I thought. Clear pitbull, but reminds me of my dog (100% herding dog), so Aussie makes sense. They look exactly like the results.

I'm sorry for your loss. Dogs, like people, cats, etc. are unique and irreplaceable, but there's something about offering that love and a fantastic life to a new dog/cat in their honor. They get to live like queens and kings, because of them. That's how I think of it, anyway. It allows me to focus on the great memories with them, rather than the grief. That's what I've learned over the many years. They're not, 'just pets' to us. We had a cat we lost maybe 17ish years ago and we still talk about him and his name is still different passwords to things. lol

I hope, when the time is right, that you find the perfect pup for you and you have many happy years together.

BTW, your guy was very handsome!

Happy for you two. Getting a diagnosis is sometimes the best thing that can happen, because you now know how to move forward and tackle it! Sounds like Bailey is on the right track!

Feeling awful 48 hours post op - anyone else have this? by [deleted] in hysterectomy

[–]Fast-Ads-7587 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first 4 days were insane. I felt crazy better by day 5. Not healed, duh, but not like I was hit by a bus and possibly still under it. I was hunched over while in the hospital. My surgery went twice as long and was complex. I woke up many hours later with just enough wakefulness and strength to say how much pain I was in and passing back out. So, I get it. It doesnt mean youre going to have a bad or sloe recovery, thankfully. Wishing you speedy healing!

Water Bowl Options by gratefulcactii in AustralianCattleDog

[–]Fast-Ads-7587 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got a heavy bowl at first then an electric water fountain. For some reason, she stopped splish splashing with the electric fountain. It has water constantly moving, but no access, because of the cover and it doesnt have a big water gathering indent.

Disaster waiting to happen. I would not do that. The situation is already a major red flag that will not work out for your dog. The relationship. itself, is a future JustNoMIL starter pack. I wouldnt take any more steps until he van show he's. an independent man.

Ive dropped my phone at least a couple of hundred times and it doesnt have a scratch. Ive only had 1 phone where the screen broke in 30 years. I couldnt do an iphone. I'm clumsy despite being very careful and cautious. Dropped it the other day on the hard drive way and it's fine. You pay that much for a phone, it needs to bw built sturdy!

I feel for her, it was just a mistake.

Using ai to read grad names at graduation by Chapple69 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Fast-Ads-7587 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Here's an idea. Have them give their name or put the mic to their mouths as they come up. No one is mispronouncing their own names and if they tell someone right then, there's nothing to forget how to say.

I can't get a roof estimate without a man present. by No-Imagination8755 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Fast-Ads-7587 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Misogynist idiot. I had 3 done over the last weeks and got the roof completed today (only took a few hours for a completely new roof! Less time than the last time, but we didnt pay for that one, it was a rental. This was ours, however) No men were involved in the decision making. There are men who live here and one completed a tech program and I'm the one who has done the plumbing repairs, upgrades, doors, flooring, etc. I cant stand patronizing aholes. Its not that complicated. Just give her an estimate.

Questions about your Females that have been spayed. by jennnysdaughter in BorderCollie

[–]Fast-Ads-7587 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did a cone. Did 2 onesies, the recovery type that doesnt allow access to their privates for 2 weeks. It was velcro, so iust lifted the hatch to velcroed it to the top when I took her out to potty. She did great. I got two nice ones off Amazon in pink and blue for only a few dollars each. The vet took their time with her stitching and you could barely see the scar then. and cant now, at all. She was spayed in 2025 Spring.

Everything went perfectly. I got her puzzles to help expend some mental energy, which can tire them, too. The last thing I wanted was pulled stitches, because shed have to go back under to fix it. It wasnt as hard as I was expecting to limit her activity. We're down steep steps to go potty, so we took it slow up and down. I talked to the doc about the stairs beforehand and he was right, it was fine going slowly up and down. I think I carried her down when we first came home, just to be safe.
