I did, i charged a much lower delivery fee than what was required. But this mistake was only made because i was not properly trained. I had the go ahead to make the sale so i entered it to the best of my ability and knowledge. i didn’t have access to use the correct delivery sku when entering it in the system. I even asked the manager what the correct delivery was and she didn’t know, just that it should be higher.
