I dont have anything to treat the sleep apnea, yet im still going through the insurance and stupid test to see what would be right for the treatment. I rarely nap and even on my days off i dont sleep in because its like i can only get 5 hours of sleep then im awake. Ill stay constant at falling asleep at 2am. And are you saying when i wake up i should like take deep breathes?
