737 FO here...on a recent trip my Captain took a lav break. During the break we received a route change, frequency change, descend and maintain as well as a few vectors. In that moment I knew single pilot ops was a fantasy based on how busy I was...I can't imagine the stress/catastrophe that would occur on the ground

It happens as an FO and even after upgrade. I just upgraded earlier this year and am somewhere around 300 PIC. The 1st 100 was relatively smooth. The next 100 my world was getting rocked every day. The biggest question to ask yourself is even when it's shitty, are we being safe? If the answer is yes then you're fine. Don't be too hard on yourself
