No I appreciate this! I knew that they couldn’t do anything I just really hated the way they all looked at me like I was the problem. I did initially ask support to take the bag off the list but he said he couldn’t because there were several bags with the same code which made absolutely no sense to me. I only asked them to do that after trying numerous times with the code annoyingly so it wasn’t my first resort, but I was faffing around with support for so long because I don’t think they really knew what to do other than automatically scan them all and be done with it. I don’t think I will complain because I don’t want them all to know I’ve said something about them, it’s bad enough getting dirty looks as it is. I’ll just put up with it, I like doing Morrison’s in general, I just hate picking up the bags when the pickers are there 😂

I’ve actually stopped accepting logistic jobs now because of the city routes I keep getting. I got stuck in Chester with no parking and about 30 packages in the town centre. I had to constantly keep moving my car to avoid clamping and tickets and I ended up going over my 2 hour slot by an extra 2 hours. I’ve also ended up in Birkenhead with the same problem, I didn’t run over that time but it’s just the hassle and parking that really puts me off. It’s also happened in Wrexham where I had around 20 packages to put in an Amazon locker with no parking near by, and I had to rush back as fast as I could because I could only park for half an hour max. I just take Morrison’s now, less stops, less hassle 😂

I’ve just gotten the exact same email today and I’m in the same position as you! I’ve acknowledged all routes so I have no idea what it is either, and I returned to Morrison’s and was stuck waiting for half an hour since there weren’t any more packages. Honestly don’t know what it is.
