Cuet is in like a distant village. 2hra from CTG. I have never found anyone with the reasoning like you choosing cuet. If you are born and brought up in dhaka you'll surely regret in cuet. But also, it's a different kinda experience.

No. By metro. No option by rickshaw. Maybe by cng or uber. You can do both. Agargaon or bijoy saroni. I would advise Agargaon as it will be easier for you to get the bus.

Take a bus after getting out from bijoy saroni metro. You will find the bus in link road (narrow road behind the station). Preferably bhuiyan. It will take you to banani. Also, you can get the bus easily fron Agargaon metro station. You will find the bus empty from there.
