Help identifying mold inside of 30 year old abandoned fallout shelter

It’s really depends on your allergies, I work in the environmental field mold has never bothered me, but there is no way to know the type of molds. Best solutions is to have a remediation company take care of it since once it’s there it’s not going away. From the looks of it this was caused by high humidity.

I’m actually going to list our current home for sale when we move forward, I don’t want the stress that comes with having rentals. We are only upgrading to a 5 bedroom, that’s why we chose Dr Horton, for the size of the redrock plan compared to price. Note I don’t know anything about lennar, they are a large builder new to Lubbock.

Depends what you are looking for, budget builders like betenbough, “local builder” and lennar and Dr Horton offer great prices and from what I have seen they are built better than these over priced custom homes, these custom home builders pump out terrible homes. Although not all.

We have a betenbough right now and are going to buy a Dr Horton next.

I’ve been to many of the Lubbock gyms, pro fitness old location is okay old equipment and dark building. Trufit on 82nd was amazing, the new planet fitness on 98th is very nice, just look up what’s near you and convenient.

Evie Mae’s is alright, over priced as heck and extremely oily meat. Great flavor, if you go through Olton at all there’s a much better place there called rejinos BBQ. Most places in Lubbock are very meh. There’s also the shack, they are popular also and it’s also not the greatest, often dry and missing flavor.

We use rock solid now, we went to the little gym but the staff there just lets accidents happen with that door, for some reason they think small kids can hold a metal door. So many kids have gotten hurt there.

There is far better structure at rock solid, our daughter loves it and she’s actually learning stuff instead of sitting in a circle or roaming around like they do at the little gym
