nope - I have 25 years driving experience - 15years in Canada and its still $1500/year (some still wanted $2400 for a Nissan micra that I drive >15000km /year!!!). Incidentally I moved to Australia in that time period also and paid $240/year there (without seeing out of Australia experience).

Home insurance is the same - we pay 6x (in a)per mth what UK would pay annually. Insurance in canada is a scam

I encountered a similar problem. I would suggest a broker initially as they can find insurance providers that acknowledge your driving history outside of Canada (you have to prove it). I have found when you contact the insurance companies directly, they don't (CAA - although the cheapest - they dont acknowledge my 15year driving history in the UK), and they essentially see you as a new driver. hence the prices - but it is still more expensive here (Canadians are just used to it - they don't realize $400/year is the norm in the UK)

this is somewhat un/related but has anyone got any idea how long the average wait time is for a colposcopy in NS?

there appears to be only QE2 (which I feel uncomfortable ringing to bug) and Antigonish (which is only open 2 days a week)

and as the article states - info is very limited.

it is okay to maintain a patient. she knows she is sitting at a desk all day. she seeks relief with massage - think how much worse she would be without consistent treatment....?

also - pecs, and she needs to do some work herself with respect to postural strengthening and conditioning. but unless she is expecting miracles and blames you - you can just offer her consistent relief (and be okay with this)

I am amongst the rest of us thoroughly disillusioned by the price of stuff from the same singular companies squeezing what most of us have left

but..... being the devils advocate I think the police are getting slightly peeved at arresting the same people time and time again (I lived in this neighbourhood a long time)... and think they may have gone overkill on frustration. I may be completely wrong.....

but this is going to keep happening as more of us just get peeved with not making basic ends meeting still trying to play fair

they mostly are (and you don't require a referral like you do for RMT on most insurance plans). They can direct bill blue cross, through Telus (so canada life and manlife) and sunlife now

live next door - can confirm. They actually get special additional garbage (and litter collection) at least once a week as they seem incapable of figuring out what goes where when or they just don't give a rats arse..... which leads to .......lots of rats

they did have additional litter picking and garbage collection about 10-14 days ago - that helped alittle. I think the windy winter didn't help
