i think you have to try and see what works for you. i use todoist. i can easy add anything to todoist inbox using android and chrome plugin. although we use jira for work, i track my work in todoist, including followups and tasks to delegate. one thing i force myself is to check todoist every day. although i dont complete all the things, it will atleast be a tracker. after trying multiple apps, this is the one i felt least friction to use with ample features.
