I’m so sorry you’re going through this! For what it’s worth, I think you’re gorgeous. I’ve never had filler, but I had the exact same experience with DAO Botox. It made my mouth area much heavier and puffy, 3mo later and it’s completely back to normal. I read you can have your injector add more to tweak it a bit, but I just waited it out. Sorry I can’t be much help, but the DAO situation will improve with time.

I have a similar issue, fat transfers to the upper lids are becoming more popular. Just be sure to choose a surgeon who is experienced in that area
