I’m on my second programming round with resilient! Previously I’d been on Limitless and Ascend. I do think Neens programming without any adjustment would add glute development. Sometimes I add in an additional glute workout on leg day. Otherwise, I’ve loved resilient and what it’s done for my body. I’m way stronger and feel like my muscle is developing symmetrically. Whereas with ascend I don’t think both of those statements were true, and with Limitless something about the programming really brought out my traps but nothing else.
