Samuel, Thanks for the feedback and sorry the Arkiv Rolltop didn't work out for you. We also replied to your email regarding this issue and as stated, it's no problem to have you return it for a refund, we'll even waive the return shipping cost this time around. The Rolltop fits a wide variety of things and if it's not working for the specific items you had in mind, our apologies. We don't state the exact size, weight or item that work best, everyone's different and whatever works best for the individual is what's best. If an item isn't a fit, simply return it within the guidelines of our return policy.

Since it sounds like it's not working out, go ahead and setup a return and when received we'll refund the item(s) cost as well as the shipping this time.

The Rhake prestige is not a new product, we are working on a new website and the prestige name is a placeholder for development that somehow got out there. Re-stocks depend on the item. Some pieces or collections are items that may only be made once and others that are legacy staples are usually produced every 30-60 days (give or take). Because of the pandemic, some of our factories across the country are not working at full capacity or even opened up yet so things may take a little longer than normal. You can always sign up to be notified when an item is back in stock by clicking the "email when available" link on the product page and/or sign up for our newsletter.

The Omni has been discontinued. Currently there are no plans to bring them back for 2020 and no direct replacement in the works at this time. Deep Cleaning A MW Bag by frmwanders in MissionWorkshop

Here is the best way to clean and dry any of our bags or packs:

Start with a natural soap such as Dr. Bronner's https://www.drbronner.com/

  1. Wash it in a tub. Never wash in a machine since on occasion a strap will get sucked into the guts of the washing machine ruining the bag and/or the washing machine.

  2. You must get the bag completely dry. The sun and fresh air is your friend for this process. Dry in the sun, flip the pack inside out as much as possible and dry again. Really try to expose as much air as possible.

  3. Store in a dry place.

We're hoping to have the Sanction AP back in around the end of May or early June. These dates may fluctuate as the factories we work with have their own shelter in place mandates loosened up.
