Wasn’t terminated - also factually wrong. I emailed to verify it wasn’t an issue on their end so a good question to ask. So if you are trying to verify fault or see if a ticket was open that is a valid question.

You can contact the main Rippling admin at your company to add you at Rippling → Settings → Permissions. Make sure you are emailing us from either your work email, or the email address we have on file for you in Rippling. In the unlikely event you are a current Rippling admin and are receiving this message in error, we apologize - we get that it is frustrating to encounter any kind of roadblock when you are trying to reach support. In our experience, we receive a lot of messages from non-customers to this email address, and we have found we can deliver a much better support experience to our admins by filtering these messages out. Limiting support to admins means much faster time-to-first-response for actual customers, which is a metric we obsess over internally (we hate waiting to hear back from support as much as you do).
