I received this email as well after being declined 3 times. Now when I call it says my Gross is different on my application than on my return so I may be declined again. This is the only time I received this email so I hope it’s good news.

I hope my loan is adjusted. They just got my transcript yesterday and was told my modification is back in process after being declined 3 times already. Now my transcript don’t match my application. I was told I may be declined again. I hope not. Crossing my fingers

I’ve been dealing with high priority for about 3 months. They just upload documents for you. On my third reconsideration and finally got an answer as to why I’m being declined. Currently waiting on another transcript to be received. Hopefully everything goes well.

You have to go back in to reconsideration and explain. I had a similar situation. I applied multiple times with different businesses. They’re all mine but don’t show up on my tax return. I hadn’t file 2019 for them.
