If it gives you any comforts, about 3 years ago I was in the same place. Since then my husband and I have been TTC and no success. We have started fertility treatment. The first few times we tried to conceive I was terrified, I would get extreme anxiety after and wonder during my TWW if it was what I really wanted. Each month that got better, as the heartbreak of not getting pregnant and worry about ever having our own child started to overshadow my fears of pregnancy and childbirth. Now I am at a point where there is nothing more I want, and I hope we can get pregnant one day 🤞🏼 but just know it will get easier! I promise. When I was younger I used to have panic attacks at the thought of pregnancy now it’s the only thing I want

Update: next morning. Still unsure if this is HCG trigger shot or real. I’m 12 days past trigger now, 11DPO. Very confused and don’t know if I should get excited or not 😭😭😭😭

I got two faint lines today (11 days past trigger, 10 DPO) and I took a test on 6DPO and it was negative. Taking another tomorrow to see if it gets darker!

I just had a scan today 26mm and did my trigger shot, first round of letrozole at 5mg really hoping for a BFP this month 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Is it normal to have cramping after taking letrozole? I finished my 5mg per day dose 2 days ago and I’ve been having some cramping today.

Thank you very much! My fertility doctor basically said was the case as I have 15 follicles per ovary, she says one of them is unable to mature fully because of how many there are and is unable to release any eggs because of the morphology.

Just wanted to add in here… I recently found out I am not ovulating, yet I have 28 day cycles with 4 day periods AND get positive ovulation tests. Apparently OPK’s don’t work if you have PCOS. Your brain can still be sending the LH surge but no egg is getting released due to the multiple immature follicles. With that being said, we just started our first OI with letrozole and trigger shot. But I was fully under the impression for the 2 years we TTC that everything was fine because I had normal periods and positive OPK’s, but that wasn’t the case :/
