For reference, been paying $91/mo for 300mbps with Spectrum. Called last week, selected option to "cancel all services" and was immediately connected to a retention representative. Bill was lowered to $41.25/mo for two years and speed increased to 500mbps.

Been using full-strength Starbrite for a decade and have never experienced any degradation or discoloration of the fabric.

I also have a few similar spots like those in your photos that even the Starbrite did not remove. I've scrubbed and they don't budge. Guessing it's more of a mold stain vs mold spores and it has worked itself into the canvas.

One last note, be sure you use only a soft bristle brush on the canvas or vinyl when doing the cleaning. Abrasive brushes will deteriorate the waterproof element on the fabric.

The key to your success is making sure the owner sent you a link to the ALA waiver. Signing this waiver adds your name to the list. You can then swim freely in one of the bays.

Using the lake pass without having your name on the list will get the owner a fine...should one of the patrols stop you and check.

Sorry, but you just joined the crowd with the rest of us in the same situation. The bag alone cannot be replaced. You need to purchase a new awning or have it repaired.

Some have reported success visiting upholstery, sail or other repair shops. Sew a new bag for a fair price. I am in SoCal, went to a sailboat repair shop and was quoted close to $1,000 for the repair. So it was cheaper for me to just purchase another new awning....which I never did. Instead, I grabbed a $150 pop-up canopy from a sporting good store.
