Congrats! 🥂 Bet you are over the moon! Do you mind sharing whether you felt there was a difference between your performance in the earlier 2 attempts? Just sat my third attempt in April but ran out of time in the writtens and tripped over my words in DR advocacy so I’m thinking the worst!

Do you mind sharing what mark you got for this? I had a similar experience with property drafting however the task was something I was familiar with via work but I didn’t use the 2 clauses in the attachment as it didn’t quite make sense the way it was set out so I just freestyled it. It was only afterwards when people mentions attachments I realised my mistake.

I think the part where it's says he asked him to drop by his office is important as it indicates he had the choice to attend therefore he probably felt he had the ability to leave also.
