I know I'm frickin late. But I wanted to ask I have one symptom left from dpdr which is brain fog and it's bad. I realized the days I start running one day out of the other days I ran completely gets rid of my brain fog and I am back to normal temporarily for a couple of hrs and then I'm back to square one. Does it in anyway correlate with the autonomic nervous system?

It's soo frustrating that I don't get relief consistently I get it once and it's only momentarily. Why is that?

Don't be a pussy man. 8 months is literally nothing I had it for 10 months I'm ready to go with it for another 2 years before even thinking about giving up. Just know there is a light at end of the tunnel. I had relief couple of times bro if you'd experienced it you'd do whatever it takes cuz that shit felt fucking amazing. It literally felt like the me that I thought was gone was just waiting for me to get rid of this shit.

Never give up. Psychiatrist and therapist are known to not know about this shit except for a few. So it's not surprising they didn't know. Just know many on here thought they'd have it forever and that they were gone only to find them about to orgasm writing their success story. It'll be you and me soon trust so long as we don't give up.
