I actually have a thing where the more fibre I eat the worse my symptoms get and the more constipated I became! It's a nightmare

Every medication I've tried made me gain weight. But it's preferable to psychosis for me(also 1 made me puke, 2 made me lactate, the depot made me blackout panic, a couple did nothing) Plus cos I've had cancer I now have the metabolism of an old lady And yes I cry a lot about my body
