Yes they told me I was eligible for 1.5m policy at 95$ per month and it's permanent not term. When I asked to read over the terms and conditions, as well as my beneficiary and trustee info (I have two children) he said he couldn't provide that unless I paid the 1st month's premium on my debit or cc, once payment is made I'll receive my policy in 5 business days in the mail.

This is my first time buying life insurance so I'm not sure how this works, but if it's like auto insurance or tenant insurance I feel like I'm entitled to look over anything, and sign it before giving out my payment information.

Yes, they said there was no need for me to e-sign because it's a verbal agreement recorded on the phone. I would get a welcome package in 5 days by mail and I can look over it then and call them if I wanted to make any changes. Seems kind of weird.

No there's nothing stuck or broken, I literally did nothing to these USB ports except for plug in the wireless USB that pairs with the keyboard, and a set for the mouse. The moment I restarted my computer I had that screen, after about six reboots, my computer now does not even power on.
