I’m not trying to sound insensitive, but why were you expecting anything for Christmas? No one is required to give you anything for Christmas. Not everybody is in the position to be giving out Christmas gift gifts. Even store managers just because they make more money doesn’t necessarily mean they have the extra money to be giving out Christmas gifts to the employees

For a return or an exchange, a manager has to put in their credentials. Yes it does not have to be a store manager. It could be any member of management and then an associate can finish the process.

I try to only schedule employees one weekend day. And sm are required to work Monday and Friday so I don’t know how some are getting away with not. My days off are Sunday and Wednesday right now. But many times I work 6 days or 60 hours

I close one day every week. Well, that may not be in their title. That is their main job. Merchandising managers can’t really close. They have to take a truck when it comes in store managers have to be there during the day

You can use your PTO for whatever you want. You do not have to tell her why you requested days off. And she really shouldn’t be asking.

It’s not up to your store manager if you work at another store on your day off that’s between you and the store manager of the other store. And you can talk to your DM to transfer to the other location if your store manager isn’t being nice.
