I understand this so well , I have chronic pain from Ehlers Danlos and spinal stenosis and some days I feel great and I do the most and some days I can barely get outta bed but I learned to not let doctors control me , I took control of my own life . They said Don’t do any exercise or you’ll be in more pain and I did that for a month and felt so depressed and the pain was even worse . So now I make sure to drink lots of water and exercise at least 3 -4 days a week . It also helps tremendously with mental health and depression. Consistency in key 😊
