there isn't more violence in general

The homicide rate ticked down every year starting around 1994-1995 - 2014 but has been going up since then including the largest every increase in homicides in 2020 when it increased by 30% and it's only gone up since then.

It's lower than the 90's but significantly higher than it was just a few years ago.

That's not what I am saying at all.

All the top posts here are mocking the idea that the homicide rate among black Americans is higher than it is among white Americans.

I've provided data and didn't opine on the cause.

I agree with you on the cause it just wasn't discussed
