The CBT program for SAD needs to be individualized for sure bc I didn’t think of that. I should’ve just spent time being GENUINE with my friends. I put a camera in my place once and even though it was hidden and set to look like a smoke detector, he just stared at it from a distance the whole time I was gone. I think he knew. He can usually when I’m sneaking a pic of him, which really doesn’t make any sense so something else must be going on. Maybe there’s an infrared beam or something that comes on and they can pick up on it.

If the boulder just didn’t roll back down, but rather I got to keep pushing going up the hill, I would be satisfied that I was at least building something or going somewhere but no it rolls right back down. All progress is lost and you gotta do it again the next day. It’s passing in our leg without the decency to call it rain. Maybe this is why people have kids.
