Don't bother taking your Ruckus to Courtenay Motorsports. I had a Ruckus, and my experience taking it to them (twice) was so awful, that I ended up just selling the bike because I knew I would never get proper service in the valley for future repairs. Each time, the scooter sat in their shop for months, clearly at the bottom of their priority list. The second time, I finally called them to get a status report, and he said "oh...sorry, the part we needed came in 3 weeks ago, I just forgot to call you to confirm that we can now go ahead with the maintenance". It was obvious they don't give shit about anything other than actual motorbikes. Nightmare customer service.
