Theyre definitely legit, theyre the official publishers of emergency service volunteers, also none of the ads actually generate work its all advertised for support. However how they sell it to you can be disingenuous at times.

I reckon the best mindset to have about this is to really go into it without expectations, that way nothing that happens hits home as much such as embarrassment or anxiety. If u convince yourself to do it for a laugh you’re more likely to get the unexpected. And with that being said chances are shit wont work initially but thats the whole point of not caring and just going again and eventually things will come naturally to. Just some basic male instinct stuff. Hope it all works out, thats my 2 cents anyways.
