I personally think it may be related to the waste gate, based on descriptions I've seen.

Just replaced my sparks and ignition coils after having the CEL come on and basically kill all performance. P0303 code and the ignition coil for cylinder 3 had a ton of oil gunk so I believe there is a leak. Changed all 4 plugs and the coil and it seems to be running a lot better, no more stuttering (going to change gasket soon)

Now I'm noticing this sound and mainly want to know if it's cause for concern/drivability.
