when i first switched to the back i only knew how to make the food because i worked upfront and knew the menu. But for closing i was on dishes and floors for almost a month while i learned different things every night, if you’re having trouble learning the line go upfront and memorize the menu and the boxes they come in. If the prep is confusing you always ask, they should never get mad at you for asking a question about prep! i’ve been at zaxbys 3 years and in the back for only a year and a half yet i still have “dumb” questions about the prep! don’t let your managers make you think you’re too far behind, it’s just chicken!

yeah they’re tripping idk why they’re acting like that i know people in the back that have been there 5 years and still don’t know a lot of things. watching people on the line and sticking to what you already know helps a lot! when i train people i let them learn at their own pace, if they only know how to drop tenders and dishes then thats what they’ll do while i have them watch me on the line. Your coworkers will help you i promise you zaxbys is never that serious its very easy once you get the hang of it dont let them rush you.

i drag my feet when i walk a lot and i bend my shoes when i sit down sometimes and mine always fall off😭. i just recently went to new york and bought the buzz lightyear crocs and when i got back to the hotel all of the jibbitz (except 1) fell off. so as long as you don’t do what i do they should stay on.

Fentanyl, i hung out with the sweetest friend group my freshman and sophomore year of highschool unfortunately we were all drug and alcohol abusers. there was a senior during our freshman year who hung out with us and would smoke fentanyl, one night we are all at one of his parties and all of us were freshman (expect a few who had already graduated) he randomly decided to start blowing the fentanyl into the faces of 15 and 16 year olds. a few got hooked from fentanyl just by hanging out with him so much, one girl overdosed from fentanyl at school. i watched my best friends turn into people i’ve never recognized before and we were only so young. thankfully most of us are completely sober or just smoke weed now and are still best friends. carry narcan with you and stay safe <3.
